  2. Share the oils and other products with someone new every day.
  3. Do the following proven steps:
    1. Place a monthly autoship order for at least $100 worth of products.
    2. Read Ask And It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks and Your First Year in Network Marketing by Mark and Renee Yarnell. Be sure to read a minimum of 15 minutes per day of positive, uplifting written material.

    4. The Internet is the marketing tool of the 21st century. Get yourself the MarketingScents website today! Be sure to attend our Conference Call trainings to learn how to use MarketingScents.
    5. To learn more about essential oils and the Young Living products:
      1. Purchase copies of the Essential Oil Desk Reference (EDR) and Discovery of the Ultimate Superfood by D. Gary Young from your sponsor or Essential Science Publishing at 800-336-6308.
      2. Listen to the Young Living training cd's (they come free with your autoship order). Past training tapes and cd's can be purchased from Essential Science Publishing. Written transcripts of these can be found on the website.
    6. Attend local and company events and trainings - bring people with you. (Listen to the "Building for Events to Explode your Business" training tapes on the website). Network with other Young Living distributors. Find a successful mentor!
    7. Participate in the conference calls. Contact your upline and check the Conference Call Schedule for details.

    9. Order "Scents and Scentsability" brochures, Product Catalogues and Product Price List/Order Forms from Young Living.
    10. Always put your contact information (including your member number) on everything you hand out. Professional looking labels work best.
    11. Use 3 way calling with your upline and your team.
    12. Create and call your "Warm List" (see pages 115-118 in Your First Year in Network Marketing).
    13. Host a Young Living introductory home party. Have your sponsor or upline assist you with your first four parties.
    14. Learn to use your virtual office on the Young Living website (www.youngliving.us).
